New England Laborers' Training Trust Fund
Putting our Knowledge into Action
Industry Specific Training in World Class Facilities
Since 1969, The New England Laborers' Training Trust Fund has been a recognized leader in the Laborer's International Union of North America's education and training structure. Our trainees receive intensive classroom and hands-on job simulated instruction in all aspects of the Laborers' trade. As the New England Laborers' Training Trust Fund continues to improve and expand to meet future needs, we are proud of our history, our Training Academies, the comprehensive training programs, and of course, the quality of our graduates.
With over 40 courses in integral skills, from blue print reading to tunneling our training funds offer members and signatory contractors the most comprehensive training courses in skills Laborers use on a daily basis. We also have the ability to plan courses around the contractor’s schedule and to tailor our training modules to the needs of a specific project or contractor need.
All of our Apprenticeship Programs are run through the training centers in order to connect our new Laborers with the most up to date skills training in the industry. Our Apprentices can receive classroom training and hands-on job simulated instruction working with their Apprenticeship Coordinator who guides them through the process to become a journeyman Laborer. Apprentices leave the program prepared for positions of responsibility as journeymen and women Construction Craft Laborers.
